Hosted by UQ, QUT, and Griffith University, Queensland Future Conversations offer policy-makers and ministers meetings with experts to learn more about a topic and the issues surrounding it. In August, the topic was "Food Security and Supply Chain Resilience." The event was MC'd by Professor Greg Marston (Director, Centre for Policy Futures), with an address from the Honourable Mark Furner MP, Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
