A Hub that brings together knowledge, people, and innovation to co-create solutions that will position Queensland to become a leading decarbonised economy where communities, industry, and the environment thrive.
The Queensland Decarbonisation Hub will connect Queensland universities, industry, government, and communities to build and share the knowledge needed to reduce emissions while creating secure jobs and new industries in Queensland.
The Hub will draw together existing decarbonisation knowledge and develop research and policies that can support Queensland industries and communities while safeguarding and enhancing Queensland’s natural environment.
The Queensland Government is funding the Hub as part of its commitment to take strong climate action through its Queensland Climate Action Plan.
