Building a Sustainable Care Workforce in QLD - Roundtable Discussion

In partnership with Anglicare Southern Queensland, Centre for Policy Futures hosted our inaugural multistakeholder Roundtable to identify strategic pathways for building a stronger, future-ready care workforce in Queensland. Thirty representatives from government, youth and aged care providers, education, social services and youth advocacy support, and not-for-profit organisations collaboratively discussed challenges, priorities and strategies for impactful action. Insightful findings from research conducted by Dr Erica Russ (Southern Cross University) and Dr Maria Khan (QUT) contributed to this rich conversation.
